Charlie Alan Smith, age 70 of East Liverpool, passed away at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Charlie was born as Donald William Alexander in Canton, Ohio on June 28, 1950 to Charles Alexander and Virginia (Elliott) Henderson.

Charlie is survived by a daughter, Angela (Phil) Shrimplin of Mechanicstown; a son, Donald Alexander Jr of Carrollton; three sisters: Susan Culp of Mechanicstown, Sandi (Tim) Stamper of Washington NC, and Sharon (Richard) Maple of Bysville; and a brother, Wallace (Debbie) Alexander of Mechanicsotwn; and many grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by two brothers: Charles A Alexander and Kenneth Alexander; and a sister: Linda J Alexander.

There will be no services.
