Charlotte Ann Hoover, age 83 of East Rochester, passed away at Alliance Community Hospital on Friday, January 8, 2021. Charlotte was born in Chambersburg, Ohio on May 21, 1937 to David and Margaret (Gang) Beyers.

Charlotte was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 357 and the 40 et 8. She was also a member of the Minerva Hobby Club, and the East Rochester Home & Garden Club. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and gardening.

Charlotte is survived by a daughter, Annalee Hoover of Hayesville, OH; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Leon Hoover; a son, David Hoover; two brothers: Charles Beyers and Robert Beyers; and a sister: Nancy Benedict.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
