Connie Jean Petty

Connie Jean Petty, age 76 of Lisbon, passed away at Salem Regional Medical Center on Monday, October 5, 2026. Connie was born in Spencer, West Virginia on March 23, 1950 to Hume and Leola (Allen) Webb.

Connie was a devoted florist whose creativity and passion brought beauty into the lives of many. Her arrangements were not just bouquets but expressions of her vibrant spirit and dedication to her craft.

Connie found profound happiness in the great outdoors. A lover of camping and fishing, she cherished her time surrounded by nature's serenity. Whether casting a line into a quiet lake or setting up camp under the stars, these moments were her sanctuary.

Connie is survived by a son, Joseph Petty Jr of Lisbon; four brothers: Delmar (Shirley) Rhodes of Ripley WV, Arless Webb of Columbiana, Freddie Webb of Leetonia, and William (Deedee) Webb of Salem; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Petty Sr.

Per the family’s request, private services will be held.
