Connie Lou Willis

April 23, 1941 — July 21, 2020

Connie Lou Willis, age 79 of Minerva, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. Connie was born in East Palestine, Ohio on April 23, 1941 to Alfred Sherrill and Dorothy (Roshon) Totoluka.


Connie had worked at PCC. She loved picking berries and playing the lottery.

Connie is survived by her husband, Thomas Willis of Minerva; three daughters: Kelly (Tom) Smallcomb of Minerva, Bambi (Buddy) Plauger of Alliance, and April Reckner of Alliance; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; three brothers: Jerry (Dixie) Sherrill of Columbiana, John (Mary) Sherrill of Danville, and Danny (Sherri) Delane of Minerva; and two sisters: Rose Sawyer of Chiloquin Oregon, and Jean Bowles of Mt Vernon.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Delane; a sister, Jenny Bacon; a son, Paul Delane; and a daughter, Beverly Delane.

Funeral service will be held at Bartley Funeral Home, 205 West Lincoln Way, Minerva, Ohio, on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Freddie Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bartley Funeral Home.  All of the current face masks, social distancing, and building occupancy rules will be observed.  Face masks will be available.
