David Morgan Phillis, age 73 of Minerva, passed away at Arbors at Stow on Sunday, May 3, 2020. David was born in Salem, Ohio on June 30, 1946 to Charles and Virginia (Morgan) Phillis.

David was a long-distance truck driver for over 30 years. He retired from Crete Carrier.

David is survived by his wife, Melinda Jane Phillis and a brother, Charles Phillis of Lisbon.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Per his request, there will be no services.
