David Matthew Shattuck
David Matthew Shattuck, 48, of Malvern, passed away suddenly, Tuesday, September 11th, 2012.
David was born in Canton, OH on June 9, 1964, the son of Jimmy Lee and M. Luella (Lowther) Shattuck.
David is also survived by his mother Luella (Lowther) Shattuck of Malvern; two sisters, Susan (Mark) Simmons of Minerva., Laurie (Bruce) Wilson of Malvern;two brothers, Michael Shattuck of Malvern., and Scott Shattuck of Malvern.
He is preceded in death by his father Jimmy Lee Shattuck and a brother Jeffrey Shattuck
His wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
