Donna Jean Smith
Donna Jean Smith, 77, of Navarre, OH, passed away, Tuesday, November 20th, 2012 at Affinity Medical Center, following a long illness.
Donna was born in Canton, September 1, 1935, a daughter of the late Magdalene B (Lord) and Roy K Potter.
She was a homemaker and loved to show ponies. She attended St. Martin Lutheran Church in Malvern.
Donna is survived by two daughters, Tami (Ernest K.) Asher, of East Sparta; Sharon (Henry) Smith, of Navarre; three sons Danny (Sue) Smith, of Massillon; Kevin (Becky) Smith, of Cocoa, FL; Kelly (Tonya) Smith, of East Canton; 19 grandchildren 19 great-grandchildren; a sister, Darlene Paskett, of North Canton.
She is preceded in death by her husband Neal A Smith, brother Gerald Potter, and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at St. Martin Lutheran Church, Malvern, at 11:00 a. m. on Monday, November 26th, 2012 with Rev. A. Wallace Anderson officiating. Calling Hours will be held Sunday 6 - 8 p. m. at the Deckman-Bartley Funeral Home, Malvern.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
