Dwain Frederick Teeters

Dwain Frederick Teeters, age 79 of Carrollton, passed away at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospial on Sunday, September 29, 2024. Teeters was born in Marietta, Ohio on December 20, 1944 to Virgil and Goldie (Farnsworth) Teeters.

Dwain served his country honorably in the Army. His service is a testament to his enduring strength and patriotism. Dwain retired from James River.

Dwain enjoyed hunting and fishing, where he demonstrated a profound expertise and unwavering commitment. He had a real love for the outdoors that inspired many who knew him.

Dwain is survived by a son, Nathan Teeters of Carrollton; two grandchildren: Andrew and Kail; and four great-grandchildren: Grayson, Emerson, Cohen, and Aubrey; and a brother, Larry Teeters of Sherrodsville.

In addition to his parents, Dwain was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa (Hayhurst) Teeters; three brothers: Denzel, Dean, and Roy; and two sisters: Patricia Freeman and Arda Hawkins.

Per his request, there will be no services.
