Edna Mae Biglow, 89, of Lima, OH went to be with the Lord, Monday, January 2nd, 2012 at Springview Manor in Lima, Ohio.
Edna was born in Los Anamis, CO on September 9, 1922, the daughter of the late James A. and Rosa (Ramsey) Saling.
She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in New Philadelphia. She worked as an L.P.N. since 1961, retiring in 1999.
Edna is survived by a daughter, Arvilla R. Hooks of Lima, OH; a son,Terry Biglow of New Philadelphia, OH; seven grandchildren Jeff, Kevin, Terri, Shelly, Angie, Tracy, and Bobbi Jo; sixteen great-grandchildren; three sisters, Bertha Cox of East Rochester, Ruth Johnson of Elizabethtown, TN, Emma Brown of Minerva; two brothers, Jack (Shirley) Saling of Minerva, James Saling of East Rochester.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Terence Biglow in 2002, brothers Clarence Saling, Marion Saling, Bill Saling, Everett Saling, Junior Saling, sisters Lola Tuttle, Loreta Saling, and grandson Tommy Biglow.
Funeral Services will be held at Bartley Funeral Home, Minerva, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6th, 2012 with Rev. Tim McCollum officiating. Calling hours will be held Friday 11:00 a.m. - 1 p. m. at the Bartley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery.
