Obituary
Eleanor M. Cooper, 97, of Carrollton, OH, passed away, Sunday, February 10th, 2013 at Great Trail Care Center.
Eleanor was born in Cleveland, OH on August 4, 1915, a daughter of the late Rose (Condl) and Frank Karlovec.
She resided in Carroll County since 1988, previously residing in Bedford and Aurora. She was active in Girl Scouts as a leader and trainer in Northeast Ohio. She was a member of Carroll Chapter #315 Eastern Star, and the Carroll County Historical Society.
Eleanor is survived by a son, Kenneth Kish, of Bedford; a daughter, Kathryn (Darrell) Hoopes, of Malvern; granddaughters Kimberly (Doug) Paul, Elizabeth Hoopes; grandsons Daniel and Matthew Hoopes; great-grandchildren Matthew and Robert Hoopes, Dominic Castelucci, Patricia and Mered1th Paul.
She is preceded in death by her husband Arnie B. Cooper, great-granddaughter, Mckayla Hoopes, and a brother Frank Karlovec.
Funeral services will be held at the Bartley Funeral Home at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 12th, 2013 with Rev. Mark Thomas officiating. Calling hours will be Tuesday one hour before services. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery.
