Esther Louise Phillips
Esther Louise Phillips, 94, of Paris, OH., passed away Tuesday, September 25th, 2012 at Alliance Community Hospital, following a long illness.
Esther was born in Bloomingdale, OH on May 29, 1918, the daughter of the late Aaron Welch Paxton and Eva Mae (Maxwell) Paxton.
She was a member of The First Presbyterian Church, and had worked at Dan's Pizza Shop in Minerva.
Esther is survived by a daughter, Sandra Gray of Paris; three grandchildren Randy Gray of Canton, Sharon ( Jeff) Probert of Pinetown, NC, and William Gray of Massillon. Seven great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband Clark Phillips and brothers Carl, Clarence, and Lyle Paxton.
Funeral Services will be held at the Bartley Funeral Home, at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 1st, 2012 with Mr. Ralph Norman officiating. Calling hours will be held Monday one hour before services. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
