Evelyn Gertrude Hagan, age 80 of Minerva, passed away at Aultman Hospital on Thursday, May 10, 2018.  Evelyn was born in Cadiz, Ohio on February 8, 1938, a daughter of the late William Eugene and Lena Gertrude (Carpenter) Berry.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Carol Long, of Kensington; sons, Jack (Helen) Lucas, of Kensington, Carl (Sharon) Lucas, Jr., of Amsterdam, Donnie (Lydia) Lucas, of Carrollton; grandson, Chris Butner-Lucas, of Kensington, James Lucas, of Kensington, grand-daughters Stephanie Long, of Carrollton, Latoya Long, of Alliance, Nikki Kranek, of Michigan, Misty Cline, of Ohio; 11 great-grandchildren; stepson, Denver D. Lucas, Sr., of Sebring; stepdaughter, Donna K. McCloy, of Buckeye, Arizona; brothers, William W. Berry, of Augusta, Glenn K. Berry, of Minerva, Harry R. Berry, of Minerva; sisters, Edna Lucas, Sister of Carrollton, and Shirley Forrest, of North Canton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Dean Hagan, on May 7, 2018, daughter, Cynthia Sue Lucas and brother, Paul Berry.

Funeral services will be held at the Bartley Funeral Home, 205 West Lincoln Way, Minerva, Ohio, on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Pastor David L Powell officiating. Calling hours will be Wednesday one hour before services at Bartley Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Atwater Cemetery.
