Obituary
Gladys Lucille Burgess, 60, of Minerva, passed away, Monday, March 3rd, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center, following a long illness.
Gladys was born in Canton, OH on March 12, 1953, a daughter of Nancy A. (Harsh) Haynam and the late John W. Haynam, Sr.
She worked as a press operator at NexPak in East Canton. She was a member and very active in the Harvest Christian Center, Minerva.
Gladys is survived by her husband, Ronald L Burgess; a son, Jonathan W. (Sharon) Hobson, of Minerva; a step son, Jack M. Hobson, of Carrollton; grandson Aidan Hobson, nephew Dylan Stanley; three sisters, Kitty Schuster, of Minerva; Jessica Stanley, of Minerva; Jennifer Haynam, of Malvern; a brother, John Haynam, of Minerva. She is preceded in death by her father, John Haynam. She greatly anticipated the birth of her newest granddaughter, Gracie, who will be here any day.
A Memorial Service will be held at Harvest Christian Center, at 2;00 p.m., Saturday, March 8, 2014 with Pastors Charles and Debra Brown officiating.
