Homer William Blythe
Homer William Blythe, 86, of Minerva passed away.Friday, May 11th, 2012 at Aultman Hospital.
Homer was born in Augusta, Ohio on April 20, 1926, the son of the late Elmer and Wilma (Cassidy) Blythe.
He was a member of Stillfork Presbyterian Church and American Legion Post 357
He served in the Army during World War II.
Homer is survived by his wife Rosemary (First) Blythe; two daughters, Mellanie Kae (Charles) Yates of Indian Trail, NC, Patrica Rae (Fred) Tessanne of Minerva; grandchildren Delbi-Ann Collins, Angela Mae Overcast, Jeremy Scott Yates, and eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the Bartley Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16th, 2012 with Rev. Virginia Birks officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stillfork Presbyterian Churchm PO Box 77, Augusta, OH 44607.
