Howard Lee 'Hunce' Hall
66, of Malvern, passed away, Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010 at his home following a short battle with cancer. Howard was born in Clendennin, W.Va. on Jan. 6, 1944, the son of the late Howard L and Macil B (Meadows) Hall. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and worked at Republic Steel for 34 years.
Howard is survived by a son, Thomas G Hall and his friend, Callie Postlethwait of Malvern; and a granddaughter, Katelyn Hall. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carolyn J. (Tapp) Hall; son, Tony Hall; brother. Jay William Hall; and sisters, Bertha McHenry, and Maxine Parsons.
Funeral services will be held at the Bartley Funeral Home at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 3 with Pastor A. Wallace Anderson officiating. Calling hours will be held Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Bartley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Friends unable to attend may register online at our website:
