Obituary
James Samuel Ward, 73, of Minerva, passed away, Friday, January 10,2014 , in his home following a long illness.
James was born in Wellsville, OH on March 24, 1940, a son of the late Roy J and Delbin (Gardner) Ward.
He worked at the Hoover Co.
James is survived by two daughters, Jonla Dailey, of Houston, TX; Julie (Michael) Swoboda, of Houston, TX; a son,Brian (Kelly) Ward, of Canton; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren;
and a sister, Mary Cipolloni, of Ft. Lauderdale FL.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lois Ward who died in 2011.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 16th 2014, in the Bartley Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Hawkins officiating. Calling hours will be held Wednesday 5-7:30 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery.
