Jay Paul Lake, loving brother and friend who will be truly missed, age 37 of Canton passed away at his home on Monday, December 20, 2021. Jay was born in Canton, Ohio on July 3, 1984 to Paul Lake and the late Amy (Hirst) Lake.

Jay is survived by his father, Paul (Kristy) Lake of La Feria TX; a sister, Leigh Ann (Craig) Rose of Kensington; two daughters: Sierra Derguson of Canton and Alyssa Zickafoose of Slidell, LA; two sons: Andrew Zickefoose of Slidell, LA; and two nephews: Jon Rose II and Zachary Rose.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bartley Funeral Home, 205 West Lincolnway, Minerva.
