Jeanette Mary Lewis, 74, of Carrollton, OH, passed away Friday, July 15th, 2016 at Carroll Health Care Center.

Jeanette was born in Bedford, OH on September 3, 1941, a daughter of the late James and Evelyn (Neubert) Nemec.

She was a member of Scroggsfield Presbyterian Church, and St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Northfield.

She was the Housekeeping Manager at Lifecenter Plus.

Jeanette is survived by her husband of 56 years, Charles Lewis; a daughter, Cynthia Black, of Carrollton; a son,Charles, husband of Katie Lewis, of Northfield, OH; six grandchildren Bruce Lewis, Cassy Lewis, Billy Black, Amber Lewis, Madison Lewis, Josh Lewis, great grandson Noah Lewis, great-granddaughter Violet Whipkey; five sisters, Bonnie, wife of Edward Rosenberger, of Northfield; Cookie, wife of Kees Deruyter, of Hanoverton; Kimberly (Steve) Rosky, of Ravenna; Linda (John) Kelly, of Orlando; Tina (Greg) August, of Boston Heights.

She is preceded in death by her brother James Nemec

A Celebration of Life at Scroggsfield Presbyterian Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Lewis Johnson officiating.

A second Celebration of Life will be held for friends and family Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 11:30 a.m.at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 9451 Brandywine Rd, Northfield, OH 44067 with Celebrant Father Keller. Burial be in Fairview Cemetery.
