John William McIntosh, 85, of New Franklin, passed away, Saturday, April 26th, 2014 at his home.
John was born in Kensington, OH on January 12, 1929, a son of the late John M. and Lela V. (Marsh) McIntosh.
He was a machine operator at San Cap for 45 years and a member of the F.O.E. in Minerva
John is survived by by his wife, Barbara Maria (Scheungrab) McIntosh; four sons William J. (Dannah) McIntosh, of AL, James (Patricia) First, of Minerva, OH; Larry (Denise) First, of Shawnee, KS; Robert (Cindy) First, of Minerva, OH; eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Marie Hall, of Keningston; and a brother, James H. McIntosh, of Dungannon.
He is preceded in death by his son Keith McIntosh, daughter Tammy Blackledge, daughter Heidi First and son Karl First.
Private graveside services will be held at Heritage Memorial Gardens at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 30th, 2014 with Pastor Dale Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Heritage Memorial Gardens.
