Mamie Eileen Custer, age 91 of Alliance, passed away at McCrea Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation on Friday, May 20, 2022. Mamie was born in Minerva, Ohio on June 12, 1930 to Corwin and Nora (Yost) Moser.

Mamie enjoyed gardening, reading, and fishing.

Mamie is survived by two sons: Keith (Sandy) Custer of Dover and Dean (Sonya) Custer of Alliance; two daughters: Pamela Taylor of Alliance and Cynthia (Blaise) Codispoti of Uniontown; seven grandchildren: Joel (Katie) Custer, Mary (Neil) Kutscher, Anthony (Kirby) Codispoti, Brian (Ashley) Custer, Bradley Custer, Betsy (Josh)Custer, and Paige Taylor; a sister, Ruth Felger of Minerva; and two brothers: Kenny Moser of Massillon and Corwin Moser Jr of Washington State.

In addition to her parents, Mamie was preceded in death by her husband, George Lewton Custer; a grandson, Tyler Custer; two brothers: Wilbur Moser and Robert Moser; and a sister, Nellie Moser.

There will be private graveside services. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery.
