Margaret Ann McBride, age 86 of Minerva, passed away at Bethany Nursing Home on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Margaret was born in Malvern, Ohio on May 16,1934 to Bernard and Emma (Roudebush) Maurer.
Margaret attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She was a homemaker.
Margaret is survived by two sons: Richard (Kathy) McBride of Minerva and Scott McBride of Jackson Township; a granddaughter, Kiley McBride; four brothers: Ronald (Paulette) Maurer of Canton Township, Randy Maurer of North Canton, Larry (Jackie) Maurer of Perry, and Jim (Barbara) Maurer of East Sparta; four sisters: Beverly (Robert) Bryan of Canton, Linda Woodlock of Dover, Donna (Raymond) Gooding of Massillon, and Patricia Clark; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G McBride; four brothers: Kenneth Maurer, Robert Maurer, Richard Maurer, and Bill Maurer; and three sisters: Rita Warrick, Nancy Riggs, and Betty Finnefrock.
Private graveside service will be held at Liberty Cemetery.
