Marjorie May Shorb
Marjorie May Shorb, 95, of Malvern passed away Tuesday, February 1st, 2011 at Carroll Health Care Center, following a long illness.
Marjorie was born in Malvern, OH on July 19, 1915, the daughter of the late John W. and Augusta (Roher) Reed.
She was a member of First Christian Church of Malvern and a former member of the Pythian Sisters.
Marjorie is survived by a daughter, Leanna M. (Alan) Weir of Waynesburg, OH, granddaughter Cynthia (Anthony) Leslie; and great-granddaughter LeaEllen Leslie.
Marjorie is also preceded in death by her husband Warren Shorb in 2008, a son John Shorb in 2005, and a sister Florence Ware in 2005.
Funeral Services will be held at the First Christian Church of Malvern, at 11:00 am on Monday, February 7th, 2011 with Mr. Mark Black officiating. Calling hours will be Monday one hour before services at the First Christian Church.. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery.
