Mary Ann Campitelli, age 79, of Malvern, passed away at Mercy Medical Center on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Mary Ann was born in Massillon, Ohio on October 22, 1942 to Frank and Anna (Smer) Sabatin.

Mary Ann enjoyed golfing, bowling, dancing, and traveling.

Mary Ann is survived by two sons: Richard Jr (Laurie) of Athens and Frank (Debrae Barensfeld) of Medina; a grandson, Owen; a brother Ken (Kathi) Sabatin of Minerva; and a sister-in-law, Debbie Sabatin of Canton.

In addition to her parents, Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Campitelli Sr, and a brother, Ed Sabatin.

Graveside services will be held at Bethlehem Cemetery, Alliance Road, Malvern, Ohio, on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 11 AM with Fr. Vic Cinson of St Francis Xavier Catholic Church officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, PO Box 275, Minerva OH 44657. The family wants to thank the staff of Astoria Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation for their dedicated care of their mother.
