Michael Arthur Untch
Michael Arthur Untch, 89, of Malvern, OH, passed away, Saturday, February 8th, 2014 at the Compassionate Care Center in, Canton.
Michael was born in Canton, OH on June 5, 1924, a son of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Untch) Untch.
He was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church, and the Saxonheim Club. He and his wife had been 4-H Club Advisors for many years.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and worked at Republic and LTV Steel 43 years.
Michael is survived by his wife Florence (Thompson) Untch; two daughters, Karen Jean (Tom) Thompson, of Malvern; Deborah Sue (John) Dustman, of Malvern; two sons Michael Frederick (Sharalynn) Untch, of Malvern; Frederick Michael (Sonja Arney) Untch, of Golden, Colorado; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; and a brother, Martin Untch, of Malvern.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 10., 2014 at the Deckman-Bartley Funeral Home, Malvern with Mr. Kenny Thomas officiating.
