Nancy Carol Marquis, age 90, passed away at her home on April 17, 2024. Nancy was born in Minerva on October 12, 1933 to William and Emra (Inga) Reeder.

Nancy found joy and fulfillment in various interests throughout her life, including bowling, ceramics, and dedicating her time to serving as a Girl Scout Leader, 4-H Advisor, and volunteering at the Senior Center. Her dedication to these activities touched the lives of many in her community.

Those left to cherish her memories are her son, Robert Marquis of Minerva; her daughter, Deana (Ronald) Warner of Ocala, Florida; her grandchildren: Shandy (Jay) Myers, Lowell Gene (Katelyn) Iden III, Ron Wesley Warner, Lee (Leeanne) Warner; and her great-grandchildren: Rhett, Wyatt, Ellie, Chris, & Dylan.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Marquis, and two sisters.

Per her request, there will be no services.

During her life, Nancy touched the hearts of many and will be remembered fondly by all those whose lives she enriched.
