Obituary
Peggy Lou Long, 69, of Minerva, passed away Wednesday, June 22th, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center.
Peggy was born in Hanoverton, Ohio, on September 19, 1941, the daughter of Peter Louis and Margaret (Tank) Mazzani.
She was a member of Faith Fellowship, Eastern Star and the Order of the Amarenth.
She worked as a nurse's aide Minerva Eldercarefor 10 years.
Peggy is survived by her mother, Margaret Minameyer of Minerva; four sons Donald (Sandy) Long, Jr. of Brewster, OH., Ronald (Lisa) Long of Carrollton., Tom (Tami) Long of Carrollton., James (Mary) Long of Canton, GA; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Phyllis Maze of Concord, NC.
She is preceded on death by her father, her husband of 48 years Donald Long, and brothers John Mazzanti and Peter Mazzanti
Funeral Services will be held at the Bartley Funeral Home at 1 pm on Saturday, June 25th, 2011.
Calling hours will be held Friday 7 - 9 pm and Saturday from noon - 1 pm. at Bartley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Augusta Cemetery.
