Phillip Henry Tabler, age 59 of Malvern, passed away at Aultman Health Foundation on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Phillip was born in Malvern, Ohio on November 28, 1966 to Westley and Carrie Mae (Mayle) Tabler.
Phillip was a farmer working the family farm. He enjoyed tinkering on all types of farm machinery.
Phillip is survived by two brothers: Westley Frank Tabler of Malvern and Charles “Jim” Tabler of Navarre.
In addition to his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by three brothers: John, Allen Glenn, and Paul Doduglas.
There will be no services. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery.
