Ralph O. "Rocky" Maple, Jr., 67, of Malvern, passed away, Thursday, November 27th, 2014 in his home surrounded by family.

Ralph was born in Canton, OH on April 18, 1947, a son of the late Ralph O. and Naomi B. (Guy) Maple, Sr.

He was a retired union roofer who worked at Darmike Roofing in East Canton. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of American Legion Post 375 and St. Martin Lutheran Church.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Barbara (Magee) Maple; a daughter, Traci R. (Mark) Lumley, of Carrollton; two sons Trevor D. (Kim) Maple, of Carrollton; Todd E. Maple, of Malvern; grandchildren Chelsea, Torina, Emily, Garrett, Sarah, Brock, Milo; great-grandchildren Owen and Payton; and a sister, Connie Little, of Carrollton.

He is preceded in death by a son Travis, and a sister Pat Thorton.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Martin Lutheran Church, Malvern, at 11:00 am on Monday, December 1st, 2014 with Rev. A. Wallace Anderson officiating. Calling hours will be held Sunday 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 pm. at the Deckman-Bartley Funeral Home, Malvern.
