Rhea Lynn Cochran, 75, of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, February 15th, 2015 in her home.
Rhea was born in Manhattan, New York on July 2, 1939, a daughter of the late William Martel and Geraldine Horton.
She was the Village Administrator's Administrative Assistant, and Clerk of Council for the Village of Minerva for thirteen years.
Rhea is survived by her husband, William Cochran; three daughters, Kathy Masters, of Massillon,
Kelly (William) Shaw, of Minerva, Colleen (Richard) Nevitt, of Mechanicstown; two sons Thomas Kennedy, of Canton; Timothy Kennedy, of Massillon; thirteen grandchildren Chasidy, Dean Ryan, Danielle, Tabatha, Cody, Ryan William, Erica, Vanessa, Colton, Jessica, Ashley, Porshia, Cruz; eleven great-grandchildren Mya, Christian, Ava, Connor, Tristan, Kensley, Rowan, Lia, Leighton, River, R. J.; a sister, Jean Pottenburg, of Wappingers Falls, NY; and a brother, William (Janet) Horton, of Colorado Springs, CO;
A memorial service will be held in the Bartley Funeral Home at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 19th, 2015. Calling hours will be Wednesday 5 - 7 pm at the Bartley Funeral Home.
