Robert Eugene Kardos, age 95, of Minerva, passed away at Canterbury Villa in Alliance on October 11, 2022. Robert was born in Kenmore, Ohio on May 10, 1927 to George and Mary (Potouchny) Kardos.

Robert worked as a tire maker for Firestone. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Robert is survived by his wife of 72 years, Ruth Eileen Kardos; a daughter, Sharon (John) Pearce of Minerva; a son, Jeffrey (Nalana) Kardos of Akron; grandsons Neil (Miranda) Pearce of Minerva and Aaron (Gemariah) Pearce of Massillon; great-granchildren: Jaden & Juliauna Pearce of Minerva and Gideon, Esther, and Abel Pearce of Massillon.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by brothers, George Francis Kardos, Jimmy Kardos, and Donny Kardos; and four sisters, Elsie Casteel, Dorothy Rackov, Rosemary Justine, and Betty Sarvaic.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 3:00 PM, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3713 Paris Avenue SE, Minerva OH.  Burial will be at Hillside Memorial Park, Akron, OH.
