Scott Andrew Christen, 57, of Minerva, OH, went to be with his Lord, Jesus Christ, after a year and a half battle with liver cancer, Monday, October 30th, 2017, in Aultman Hospital.

Scott was born in Alliance, October 5, 1960, a son of Robert L and Marilyn E (Oyster) Christen.

He was a 1979 graduate of Minerva High School, a member of Faith Fellowship, East Rochester and loved listening to Christian music.

He was a Lab Technician at Harrison Paint Company, and worked for RGIS Inventory Specialists.

In addition to his parents, Scott is survived by two brothers, Mark A. Christen, of Minerva; David J. (LeeAnn) Christen, of Duncansville, PA and many aunts and uncles.

He preceded in death by his grandparents Oscar and Kathryn (Lowry) Oyster, and Mervin and Florence (Cobbs) Christen.

Funeral services will be held at Faith Fellowship (East Rochester Community Center) 24604 US-30, East Rochester, OH 44625 at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 4th, 2017 with Pastor Chet Howes officiating. Calling hours will be Friday 4 - 7 p. m. at Faith Fellowship. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
