Shirley Mae Blain
Shirley Mae Blain, 74, of Garrettsville, passed away Friday, November 23rd, 2012 at Maple Wood Care Center in Streetsboro following a long illness.
Shirley was born in Canton, OH on March 28, 1938, a daughter of the late Neta L. (Marteney) Daniel Hoopes and Wilbur Guy Daniel.
She was a press operator at Cardinal Packaging in Aurora for 12 years.
Shirley is survived by three daughters, Kelly M. (Terry) Short, of Twinsburg, Beth A. Wadsworth (partner Patricia Boyd), of Cuyahoga Falls, Rachele L. (Eddie) Hammons, of Mantua; a son, Jeffery A. Blain, of South Bend, IN; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, stepfather Clyde Hoopes, and brothers Victor, Paul and Jim Daniel.
Funeral services will be held in the Bartley Funeral Home, Minerva, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 27th, 2012 with Pastor Scott Hindel officiating. Calling hours will be Monday 6 - 8 p.m. at tne Bartley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Augusta Cemetery.
