Obituary

Wilfred Vorhis Mazeall II, age 54 of Minerva, passed away in his home following a lengthy illness, on Saturday, February 8, 2020. Will was born in Canton, Ohio on October 22, 1965 a son of Wilfred and Barbara Mazeall Sr. of Canton.

Will was a customer service representative for LabCorp and loved the Cleveland Indians.  Will had a special place in his heart for his niece, Trinity Grindstaff, who was like a daughter to him.  Will loved his 90-year-old Grandma Christine Mayle's chicken and dumplings which was his last meal.  No one could cook like his Grandma Mayle.  Will had a very deep faith in God which sustained him throughout his years of life.  He was affiliated with the Church of God Saints in Christ and the New Covenant Church.

In addition to his parents, Wilfred is survived by his wife of 32 years, Lori (Mayle) Mazeall; brother, Michael (Shelly) Mazeall, of Perry Township; sister, Natalie (Mark) Arney, of Murrell's Inlet, SC.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held at Church of God Saints in Christ, 4419 Robertsville Avenue, Robertsville, Ohio, on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ron Mayle officiating.

The family wants to express their deepest appreciation to Community Hospice for their kindness and compassion  throughout the journey of Will's extended illness.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
